H.E.R Bodywear

During a 9-week internship with H.E.R Bodywear — a bold, purpose-driven start-up — I gained invaluable experience in branding and social media marketing. It was an exciting time to join the team, as I was encouraged to contribute my own ideas and take initiative in shaping content. I began by conducting a detailed social media audit, analysing the brand’s online presence and benchmarking against key competitors. From there, I moved into content creation, using both Canva and emerging AI tools to transform professional stills from a campaign photoshoot into engaging video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok. This role gave me hands-on insight into what it takes to build a brand online from the ground up, and sparked my interest in using digital tools to tell powerful visual stories.
